social media. about an hour ago people stood at baltimore pike and bishop avenue and their support stretched mower than a mile towards springfield mall. it was a parade of lights and sirens and long line of support for those that protect and serve. >> they feel -- they have had so much i feel negative support. they need help to let them know we're behind them. >> hundreds lined baltimore pike in delaware county with symbols of the thin blue line in hand. >> i'm from >> i'm from tinicum township and they're very fair to everybody. >> if a rally in response to the wave of protests in the area and around the country most demanding change to the system after deaths of black men at the hands of police. but, others are spewed anti-police sentiments. >> police are not here to hurt they're here to help we want police to know we support them and what they're doing is good.

market streets. several hundreds held signs of support for law enforcement. meanwhile in new york city today hundreds of police officers once again turns backs offer mayor bill bellagio. the show of disrespect came despite plea from city police chief to put their anger aside. many police officers say the mayor has contributed to environment that is fueled hostility towards law enforcement by supporting protests against police brutality. 25,000 officers turned out to honor officer wenjian liu he was a man that lived the american dream after immigrating at the age of 12. he was a newly wed married two months before killed alongside his partner on december 20. lieu's forge said his son's dream of becoming a police officer deep end after the september 11 attacks. his widow described the man she

years old. we'll have reaction to his death coming up in sports. a small girl sure vivld a plane crash in kentucky and she may be able to help them determine the cause of the scash. they plan to move the wreckage to a location they can study it further. the pilot reported engine trouble moments before the crash. his daughter sailor survived. her father mother, sister and cousin were killed. sailor spoke to investigators briefly today. >> plane was upside down. her family on board was unresponsive. she utilized her non-injured arm and hand to free herself from the aircraft. >> the girl walked three quarters of a mile through cold bri arizona and mudd in the dark for help. -- briars and mudd in the dark. they have no idea to find how she found the closest house.

>> a philadelphia police officer was bitten by a dog this afternoon in the fairmont section. several officers were dispatched top 30 and girard by residents that said several dogs were attacking people. when officers arrived they were attacked by several dogs. the officers shot and killed one dog to stop it and another captured. a neighbor said it was frightening situation. >> i parked my car there and seen the two dogs cross the street. therapy came over here and seen the owner sitting in his car and

had been bitten by his own dogs. >> an investigation is underway by both police and animal control. investigators in bethlehem are investigating a homicide in the christmas city. a person was found dead inside a home on the 400 block of fillmore street. no further details are released yet including victim's gepder but a suspect is in custody. pgw crews spent better part of the afternoon in west oak lane searching for a potential gas leak. they were called to the 1600 block of maylynn street about 1 p.m. by neighbors reporting strong gas odor. officials devac associated 11 people from four homes as a precaution. no sxwrirz were reported and no word tonight if they determined the source of that odor. >> in southern california an intense search is underway for a three week old baby missing after a triple shooting in long beach. officers discovered the child's mother father and uncle inside a home there. all three had suffered gun shot wounds.

tracking a clipper system that difficulties south and east ward. 11 a.m. tuesday when tracking light snow showers that develop and break out across the delaware and lehigh valleys. not a whole lot of accumulation with this. it looks to be moisture starved. that is the case when you're dealing with clipper systems. they tend to be fast moving and they don't pack a lot of moisture. so here's the setup for us on tuesday. the snow will arrive as we get to mid-morning early afternoon and when i say snow i'm talking about snow showers around. and but in the midst of the storm system moving through visibility reduced and we could find a coating to inch of snow showers across the region and in the wake of that bitter blast to follow as we get to midweek and beyond. call from accuweather rain, windy colder, dropping to 35 in city. accuweather forecast colder tomorrow. high temperature 36. tuesday snow showers by the afternoon. high temperature of 32. and wednesday below freezing with high temperature 28. overnight low wednesday 8 degrees and single digits on thursday. winds chills and teens even
